1.Physical damage (punctures, tears, water exposure)

3.Normal capacity degradation over time

To process your claim quickly, please follow these guidelines:
1.Rapid Drainage / Power Jumps
Required: Provide a screenshot of your phone’s battery usage statistics.
Solution: We will ship a free replacement battery.
2.Overheating / Failure to Power On
Required: After confirming no issues with the phone itself, send us a clear video of the problem.
Solution: You will receive a replacement or full refund.
3.Diagnostic / Decode Battery Function Failure
Required: Confirm the issue is not related to the phone or installation.Solutions (choose one):
(1) Get a 50% refund and keep the functional battery.
(2) Cut the battery flex cable, send us a photo, and receive a 100% refund.
