Here’s what to expect next:

✅2.Pre-Delivery Notification: A few days before arrival, we will send you a final message to inform you that your package is about to be delivered.

✅3.Local Courier Contact: The local delivery agent (such as DHL or FedEx) will also attempt to contact you via phone or SMS to schedule the final delivery.

In the rare event of an unforeseen delivery issue, we proactively provide the direct phone number of the local logistics company. This allows you to verify the situation and ensures we can work together to get your package safely to your door.

For Orders Shipped from China

For orders under 1000 units:

✅ We recommend our DDP Air Shipping service.

Goods will be bulk-shipped to our freight forwarder’s warehouses in various countries via our exclusive carrier. The local agent will handle customs clearance and pay import taxes (included in the shipping cost).

Upon arrival, reliable local carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, USPS, JMT) will handle the final delivery.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:
  • Asia: 7–20 days
  • Europe: 12–20 days
  • Oceania: 10–20 days
  • North America: 10–20 days
  • South America: 15–45 days

Total transit time is 10-20 days: 7-12 days to the local warehouse and 2-5 days for final delivery.

Most deliveries require a photo or signature upon receipt.

For orders over 1000 units: 

We can ship via multiple batches or DHL/UPS/FedEx Express or Sea shipment

✅If we use DHL/UPS/FedEx I nternational Express ,the buyer acts as the importer and is responsible for paying import taxes upon the package’s arrival.
