Why do we need 10% more power capacityin battery cells?
When the charging cycle exceeds 300, 500, and 1000 times, the charging voltage of the BMS flex cable will decrease.
After the voltage decreases, even if you replace it with a new batery cell, you cannot add more power capacity. The standard limitvoltage of the lP11/12 series is 4.45V, but it drops to a maximum of 4.34V.
When the original BMS flex charging cycle is more than 300 times, the capacity loss is about 5% even if you use a new battery cell.
When the original BMS flex charging cycle is more than 800 times, the capacity loss is about 8% even if you use a new battery cell.
When the original BMS flex charging cycle is more than 1000 times, the capacity loss is about 13% even if you use a new battery cell.
